PDUMP STUDIO DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. AGREEMENT OVERVIEW
This Digital Asset License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to all digital assets purchased, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise acquired through the official PDUMP Studio website (https://3d.lihuinan.com).
Digital assets include, but are not limited to: STL, STP/STEP, OBJ, GLB, 3MF, Rhino files, Grasshopper parametric files, ZBrush files, texture maps, material files, and related design documentation.
All aforementioned digital assets are designed, developed, or authorized for sale by PDUMP Studio, based in Shenzhen, China. By purchasing or downloading any digital asset, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
2. DEFINITIONS
- 2.1 Digital Assets: Refers to 3D model files, parametric design deliverables, printable models, 3D display files, and related digital content provided by PDUMP Studio.
- 2.2 Source Design Files: Refers to raw editable files containing modeling logic, parametric systems, algorithms, and workflows, including but not limited to Rhino (.3dm), Grasshopper (.gh / .ghx), ZBrush (.ztl), Blender (.blend), Cinema 4D (.c4d), etc.
- 2.3 Output Files: Refers to derivative files intended for 3D printing, display, or manufacturing, including but not limited to STL, STEP, OBJ, GLB, 3MF, etc.
- 2.4 Physical Products: Refers to tangible items produced by users using digital assets via 3D printing, CNC machining, or other manufacturing methods.
3. NATURE OF THE LICENSE
PDUMP Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license. This license does not constitute a transfer of copyright, model ownership, or ownership of the source design files in any form.
4. LICENSE TIERS & PERMITTED USES
4.1 Personal License
Permitted: Downloading and utilizing digital assets for personal 3D printing, household collection, learning, and research.
Strictly Prohibited: Any commercial sales, selling physical printed items, or sharing/redistributing the digital asset files in any capacity.
4.2 Commercial Manufacturing License
Permitted: Using digital assets for 3D printing and small-scale commercial sales of the resulting physical products.
Limitations: Unless otherwise authorized in writing, the annual production volume must not exceed 500 units.
Strictly Prohibited: Selling, sharing, or spreading any digital files; uploading to third-party platforms; sublicensing to third parties.
4.3 Extended Commercial License
An explicit, separate extended commercial license must be purchased for mass production, industrial-grade manufacturing (such as injection molding or die-casting), brand collaborations, OEM/ODM, or deep commercial product development. Contact: nodeindustries1@gmail.com.
5. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- 5.1 File Redistribution: Uploading, sharing, selling, gifting, or otherwise distributing digital asset files (including original files and any modified versions) in any form is strictly forbidden.
- 5.2 Third-Party Platform Uploads: Uploading digital assets to Thingiverse, Printables, MakerWorld, Cults3D, CGTrader, TurboSquid, GrabCAD, or any similar open-source or model-sharing platforms is strictly prohibited.
- 5.3 AI Training Prohibition: Using digital assets for AI training, dataset creation, machine learning, or generative model training without written permission from PDUMP Studio is strictly prohibited.
- 5.4 Reverse Engineering: Conducting reverse modeling, extracting design logic, cracking parametric systems, or converting and re-selling the digital assets is strictly forbidden.
6. CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
PDUMP Studio provides custom services including dimension adjustments, wall thickness optimization, parametric design, texture creation, and product structure modifications. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, the intellectual property rights of the following elements remain exclusively with PDUMP Studio:
- Grasshopper definitions and algorithms
- Parametric systems
- Rhino modeling methodologies and workflows
- Universal components and design logic
Clients obtain only the right to use the final agreed deliverables within the specified project scope.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
The design concepts, model structures, parametric logic, and file contents of all digital assets are protected under the intellectual property laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or commercial exploitation constitutes copyright infringement.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNIFICATION & INFRINGEMENT RESOLUTION
PDUMP Studio respects and strives to protect third-party intellectual property rights. If it is ultimately confirmed through a legally binding document or an authoritative institution recognized by both parties that a digital asset infringes upon third-party rights, PDUMP Studio may take one or more of the following measures:
- Take down the affected product
- Modify or replace the product
- Negotiate a resolution plan with the user
When applying for processing, users must provide complete order information, proof of purchase, and relevant proof of rights. Any compensation or remediation plan shall be determined through good-faith negotiation between both parties based on applicable laws and actual circumstances, with PDUMP Studio retaining final decision-making authority.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All digital assets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PDUMP Studio does not guarantee that the assets will be fully compatible with all printing devices or materials, require no modification for direct manufacturing, or meet specific commercial performance requirements. Users assume full responsibility for print parameter configuration, material selection, and all manufacturing risks.
10. TERMINATION
If a user violates any term of this Agreement, PDUMP Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate the license, require the user to permanently delete all related files, and pursue legal remedies for breach of contract and infringement.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising herefrom shall first be resolved through friendly consultations. If consultations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the **competent People’s Court located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China** (where PDUMP Studio is headquartered).
